JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:

"i. Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ order or direction, directing the respondents to dispose off Ext.P2 complaint submitted by the petitioner in a time constrained manner, at any rate, within one month. ii. Issue such other appropriate writ order or direction that may be deemed to be just and equitable in the facts and circumstances of the case."

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has also been highlighted by way of Ext.P2 complaint preferred before the concerned additional Tahsildar which stands forwarded to the 3rd respondent for consideration and disposal and the prayer is only to cause the same to be considered and disposed of within a reasonable time.

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.

3. In view of the limited relief sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to go into the merits of the case. The writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider

W.P.C. No. 11309 of 2015 -2and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2 in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested parties, if any, at the earliest, at any rate, within 'three months' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the 3rd respondent for further steps.
