J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is aggrieved with the non payment of bills which is said to be admitted by the Harbour Engineering Department. The bill admittedly was presented in December, 2014.

The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Harbour Engineering Department would contend that the bills are paid in accordance with the date of presentation of such bills and that as of now the bills up to October, 2014 have been cleared.

Hence, it is only proper that the petitioner's claim also be considered expeditiously in order of the seniority of its presentation.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
