JUDGMENT
Petitioner working as H.S.A(Maths) approached the Manager to appoint him under the 25% quota for HSST. This was declined by the Manager. Therefore petitioner approached the Director of Higher Secondary Education. The Director of Higher Secondary Education confirmed the decision of the Manager. Thereafter, petitioner approached the Government by way of Ext.P6 revision. The only request made before this Court is for an early disposal of Ext.P6.
2.
In view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P6 after hearing the petitioner and Manager within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
Sd/- A.MUHAMED MUSTAQUE, JUDGE.
