JUDGMENT

Petitioners are working as Senior Grade Typist in Centre for Advanced Studies in Animal Genetics & Breeding attached to Kerala Veterinary & Animal Sciences University. Petitioners grievance is that University never called for application for the post of Assistant. It is submitted that unless University begins such process, they will be deprived of promotion opportunity. It is submitted that after identifying the post of Assistant, University has to intimate PSc for conducting test to promote persons like petitioners for the post of Assistant. 2.

I am of the view, petitioners grievance are highlighted by Exts.P6 and P7 before the Registrar of University. In the light of Exts.P5, P6 and P7, appropriate decision shall be taken after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
