JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers :

(i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order directing the 1st respondent to dispose of Exhibit P11 and P13 representations forthwith. (ii) Issue any other orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

(iii) Order the entire costs of the petitioner from the contesting respondents.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is given to the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Exts. P11 and P13 representations preferred by the petitioner to verify the various discrepancies pointed out with regard to the survey conducted in respect of the property covered by Exts. P1 to P3 title deeds within a reasonable time.

3. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.

4. Considering the limited extent of relief sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to go into the merits of the case. The Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Exts. P11 and P13 representations, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested parties, if any, at the earliest, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with copy of the writ petition before the first respondent for further steps.
