JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has been settled since the entire amounts due to the respondent workman have been paid. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the workman also. In the circumstances, the workman having received the entire amount due, the amounts remitted by the petitioners by virtue of the interim order of this Court shall be refunded to the petitioners.
