JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers :
"(i) To call for the entire records leading to Exhibits P2 and P4 and issue a writ of Certiorari or any other writ, order or direction to quash the same.
(ii) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction directing the respondents to approve the name of the petitioner as Temple Advisory Committee member of Sree Mahadeva Temple, Gowreesa Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2014 - 2016.
and (iii) To grant to the petitioner to such other and further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance projected in this writ petition has been projected in Ext. P8 appeal preferred by the petitioner before the first respondent and that

the petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is given to the said respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders thereon within a reasonable time.
3. Heard the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent Board as well.
4. Considering the limited extent of relief sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to go into the merits of the case. The writ petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P8 appeal preferred by the petitioner in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested parties, if any, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with copy of the writ petition before the first respondent for further steps.
