J U D G M E N T
The limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 2nd respondent, before whom Ext.P5 revision petition, filed under the Kerala Building Tax Act, is stated to be pending, to consider and pass orders on the same within a stipulated time limit.
2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 revision petition within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner.
