JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:

"i. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction, directing the 4th respondent to take appropriate action on Exhibit P3.

ii. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction, directing respondent Nos. 2, 5, 4 and 6 to consider and dispose of expeditiously Ext.P5, P6,, P8 and P9 respectively.

iii. pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to grant in the circumstances of the case." When the matter came up for consideration on 7.4.2015, urgent notice on admission was ordered to the respondents 1 to 4 by special messenger. No process charges have been remitted. There is no representation for the petitioner as well. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the cause of action. The writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. P.R.
