J U D G M E N T
The petitioner has approached the Government by Ext.P5 representation consequent upon rejection of her claim under Rule 51A of KER. The only request made before this Court is for an early disposal of Ext.P5. 2.
In that view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P5 after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the Manager and any other affected parties within a period of four months.
The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
