JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayer:

"(i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any appropriate writ order or direction, commanding the 1st respondent to accept the Petitioner's application for the entrance Examination 2015 No.1246404 and issue admit card for her for appearing for the said examination of 2015 as per the schedule"

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well. The learned Government Pleader submits that the petitioner has not produced the hard copy at relevant time.

3. Considering the limited extent of relief sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to adjudicate the issue on merits.

4. After hearing both the sides, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P5 application preferred by the petitioner, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, at the earliest, at any rate, within 'ten days' from the

W.P.(C) No.11549 of 2015 date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment, along with a copy of the writ petition, before the first respondent, for further steps.
