JUDGMENT
The petitioner is aggrieved with the non-issuance of a temporary permit for four months, which had been issued to him at an earlier point of time.
2. In the circumstance of the confined prayer for consideration of the the temporary permit application, at Exhibit P4, and also considering the fact that the route is an inter-district one, the respondent shall issue temporary permit for twenty days to the petitioner in the route in question.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
