J U D G M E N T
If the petitioner is similarly placed as of the persons mentioned in Ext.P3 judgment, necessarily, the petitioner shall also be given the same benefit based on Ext.P2. The petitioner points out that she, in fact, joined the Model Engineering College, Thrikkara under the first respondent on 23/12/2010 and she has inadvertedly mentioned the date as 26/12/2012 in the relief portion. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to give necessary reliefs to the petitioner taking note of the actual date of appointment, in the light of Ext.P3 judgment, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
