The petitioner approached the Government by Ext.P4 representation. The petitioner has already retired from service. It is submitted that on reintroduction of selection grade as per Ext.P3 order, without specific fact, the Government had taken away the benefits due to the petitioner based on Ext.P2 order. The petitioner has lost monetary benefit. The only request made before this Court is for an early disposal of Ext.P4.
2.
Therefore, the first respondent shall consider Ext.P4 after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of four months.
The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
