J U D G M E N T

The petitioner, who is aggrieved by an order denying approval to the appointment as High School Assistant [HSA], has preferred Ext.P1 revision before the respondent in terms of Rule 8A of Chapter XIV-A of the Kerala Education Rules. The limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 revision petition within a specified time limit.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 revision petition, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
