JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers :
st "(a) Issue a writ order or direction directing the 1 respondent to pass orders on Exhibit P2 representation within a time prescribed by this Hon'ble Court. (b) Issue a writ order or direction directing the 3rd respondent to prevent functioning of illegal market at Kilimanoor town adjacent to by-pass road.
and (c) Pass any other appropriate writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to issue and the petitioner may pray from time to time.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance projected by the petitioner has already been projected by way of Ext.P2, which is pending consideration before the first respondent and that the petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is given to the said respondent to have it considered within a reasonable time.

3. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.
4. Considering the limited extent of relief sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to go into the merits of the case or to issue notice to the 2nd and 3rd respondents for the time being. The writ petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext. P2, in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, respondents 2 and 3 and other interested parties, if any, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with copy of this writ petition before the first respondent for further steps.
