J U D G M E N T

The petitioner, who was appointed as U.P.S.A at the Krishna Aided Upper Primary School, Thachinganadam, Malappuram district, is aggrieved by the action of the Assistant Educational Officer in reviewing an earlier order that granted approval to the appointment of the petitioner. It is the case of the petitioner that there is a revision petition submitted by him pending before the Government, which is produced as Ext.P4 in the writ petition, and the limited relief prayed for in the writ petition at the time of hearing is for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 revision within a specified time limit.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 revision petition within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner. The 2nd respondent while considering the revision

W.P.(C).No.11693 of 2015 petition as directed, shall specifically advert to the contentions of the petitioner and in particular the judgment of the Supreme Court in State of Kerala and Others Vs.
