J U D G M E N T

The petitioner alleges that anomalies have been crept in the calculation of his salary and basic pension. The petitioner seeks to rectify the anomalies and also the expeditious disbursement of Death-cumRetirement Gratuity and Commuted Value of Pension. 2.

Ext.P3 representation filed by the petitioner in this regard is pending consideration with the first respondent. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P3 representation with notice to the petitioner within a period of two months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
