J U D G M E N T

Heard the counsel for the petitioner, standing counsel for the first respondent as also the Government Pleader on behalf of the second respondent.

2. The entitlement of the petitioner to be considered for appointment to the post of Clerk/Counter Clerk in the first respondent Society is the subject matter of ARC.No.21/2015 pending on the file of the second respondent. I.A.No.43/2015 filed for interim permission to sit for the examination slated on 11.4.2015 has not been taken yet and hence this writ petition.

3. I direct the second respondent to dispose of ARC.No.21/2015 on its file within a period of three months. The petitioner shall in the meanwhile be provisionally permitted to sit for the examination on 11.4.2015 subject to the result of ARC.No.21/2015.

4. The result of the petitioner in the examination shall be withheld for the time being and shall be published dependent on the outcome of ARC.No.21/2015.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
