J U D G M E N T

The petitioner only seeks for consideration of a regular permit application of the vehicle. The application itself has been filed only on 03.03.2015. It is trite that, the application can be considered only after obtaining the Filed Officer's report as also considering the need for a service in the route. In such circumstance, definitely, some time may be taken for consideration. There shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the same as expeditiously as possible.

The writ petition is disposed of.
