J U D G M E N T

Shaffique, J.

The petitioners have approached this Court seeking police protection. It is inter alia contended that son of the petitioners 1 and 2 is married the daughter of the 3rd respondent and their son is working abroad and there is matrimonial dispute between the son and his wife. It is alleged that on account of such dispute, the 3rd respondent and his men are harassing and threatening the petitioners. Though complaints were given to the police, no action has been taken in the matter.

A perusal of Ext.P1 complaint only discloses general allegations and therefore, we are not inclined to pass any direction as sought for. The police can interfere only if there is any such situation.
