J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is concerned with the disposal of Ext.P3, a bill forwarded by the Block Development Officer to the District Collector for disbursement of certain amounts due to the petitioner with respect to a work undertaken by the petitioner.
2. The learned Government Pleader relies on the counter affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent to contend that the work had been completed to the satisfaction of the officers of the department and a bill has been forwarded to the District Collector, Alappuzha. In such circumstance, the District Collector shall sanction the amounts within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this judgment, if there

The writ petition is disposed of.
