JUDGMENT

Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to issue directions to the respondents to re-consider the application for regular permit on the route Kalpetta - Konnakkad as modified by Exts.P3 and P5 in accordance with the direction in Ext.P2 order of the State Transport Appellate Tribunal and take a decision untrammelled by Ext.P4 proceeding of the RTA.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance with the directions of the State Transport Appellate Tribunal, the RTA has not taken any decision till today and therefore, a direction to the respondents to take a decision in accordance with Ext.P2 order will suffice the situation.

3. Therefore, there will be a direction to the respondents to take a decision if any grievances are still surviving on the basis of any pending application in accordance with the direction contained in Ext.P2 order passed by the STAT.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
