JUDGMENT

The writ petition was filed by the petitioner apprehending that disciplinary proceedings would be initiated against her by the respondent College. By an interim order dated 08.04.2015, this Court while admitting the writ petition, also granted a stay of disciplinary action, pursuant to Ext.P2, for a period of three months. When the matter came up today, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the 1st and 2nd respondents that, there is no disciplinary proceedings, that is contemplated as of now against the petitioner. The said submission of the learned Standing Counsel for 1st and 2nd respondents is recorded and the writ petition is closed as infructuous.
