J U D G M E N T

The petitioner seeks for consideration of a temporary permit application in a defaulted vacancy.

2. The learned Government Pleader points out that even as per Ext.P2, it is indicated that, the permit in the route expired on 29.11.2013 and that the route being an inter-District route, the same has to be placed before the Regional Transport Authority, Idukki.

3. In such circumstance, the same shall be placed in the next RTA meeting for consideration. If the meeting is not convened within two months, then the matter shall be considered on circulation and after obtaining the Filed Officer's report. It is made clear that, this Court has not

The writ petition is disposed of.
