The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
"i) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ, order or direction, quashing and setting aside the Exhibit P4 order dated 08/11/2013 of the 3rd respondent. ii) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or other appropriate writ, direction or order, directing the 4th respondent to consider Exhibit 7 appeal expeditiously within a time frame.
Iii) Any other appropriate relief to the petitioner as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."
2.
Heard the learned Government Pleader as well. Considering the limited extent of relief sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to go into the merits of the case. The writ petition is disposed of, directing the 4th respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P7, at the earliest at any rate, within 'two months' from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
WP(c). No.11818 of 2015 The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the 4th respondent for further steps.
Sd/- P.R. RAMACHANDRA MENON, JUDGE.
