JUDGMENT

Petitioner had sought for affiliation for starting a new B.Ed. College in the year 2009-10. The same was granted by an interim order. However, the registration would be only provisional, since, the University grants provisional registration for each year. Nothing survives in the writ petition. But the contentions of either party shall be left open, if the same issue arises in the subsequent years. Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
