J U D G M E N T

Shaffique, J.

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking police protection. It is inter alia contended that petitioner's wife and son is causing serious threat to the petitioner's life. Apparently, they are residing in the same building. Since the allegations in the writ petition discloses a family dispute, the police cannot interfere in such a dispute. That apart, since the petitioner as well as respondents 4 and 5 are residing in the same building, the police cannot interfere in the matter which are happened inside the building. At any rate, regarding the nature of order being passed in the writ petition, no notice is being issued to respondents 4 and 5.

There will be a direction to the 3rd respondent to keep a constant vigil on the activities of both petitioner as well as respondents 4 and 5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
