JUDGMENT

Petitioners have approached the Government by Exts.P8 to P13 revisions. Petitioners submit that they are entitled for regular scale of pay from the date of appointment. However, they are denied regular scale of pay from the date of appointment and educational authorities treated their initial appointment only on daily wage basis. Petitioners submit that in terms of the decision of the Supreme Court in Sneha Cheriyan Vs. State of Kerala (2013(1) KLT 755) they are entitled for approval of regular scale of pay from the date of their initial appointment. 2.

In view of pendency of Exts.P8 to P13 revisions, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Exts.P8 to P13 revisions after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
