JUDGMENT

Petitioner approached the Government by Ext.P7 revision for non-reckoning of service rendered during 01.06.2009 to 01.06.2011. Petitioner relies on Ext.P6 Government order dated 30.12.2013.

In view of pendency of Ext.P7, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P7 in the light of Ext.P6 Government order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
