JUDGMENT
Petitioner is a permanent employee of Malabar Devaswom Board presently working as Inspector Grade II and he is having the duty to inspect 152 temples spread over Pattambi as well as Ottapalam Taluks. Petitioner is aggrieved by Ext.P1 order passed by the Commissioner providing him full time additional charge of another temple. Petitioner points out that it is humanly impossible to take charge of additional temple as he is having charge of 152 temples.
2.
In that view of the matter, petitioner shall move the Commissioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Thereafter, Commissioner shall take a decision in the mater within a further period of two weeks. Till a decision is taken in the matter, all proceedings pursuant to Ext.P1 shall be kept in abeyance. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
