JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks regularisation in the services of the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation. Such regularisation is sought on the basis of Ext.P2 Government Order contending inter alia that his name found a place in the rank list. Ext.P8 representation put in by the petitioner in this regard is pending with the first respondent.

I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P8 representation with notice to the petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
