JUDGMENT

The petitioner has filed Exts. P3 and P5 representations with the first respondent airing his grievances. The request therein is to promote the petitioner as Station Master with effect from 05.11.2013. That is the date from which his juniors were allegedly promoted as per Exts. P1 and P4 orders. 2.

I direct the first respondent to consider Exts. P3 and P5 representations within a period of two months. Needless to say that the petitioner as well as the third respondent shall be put on notice and heard in the exercise. The writ petition is disposed of.
