J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is aggrieved with the non-consideration of a joint application for transfer of permit made by the petitioners herein. The same has to be considered by the Regional Transport Authority and if there is no meeting convened for a period of two months from today, then the same shall be considered expeditiously by circulation after the expiry of the said period. The writ petition is disposed of.
