JUDGMENT

The petitioner in the above writ petition is a regular stage carriage permit holder operating vehicle bearing registration No.KL-11-Z-1880 in the route Kunamangalam-Mavoor-Peringolam. It is submitted that the timings of the service was last settled on 01.09.2003 and thereafter several other services were introduced in the same sector and the timings of several services have also been changed. In such circumstance, the petitioner filed an application to revise the timings, by Ext.P1 dated 01.01.2015. The petitioner prays for an expeditious consideration of his application.

2. If original of Exhibit P1 application is received in the office of the respondent, it is directed that the respondent shall, within one week of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment, display public notice in the notice board of the office of the respondent and shall then consider the prayer of the petitioner, in accordance with law, at any rate, within a period of three months

WP(C).No.12149 of 2015 - 2 - from the date of publication of the above notice. Needless to say that the revision if any made will be subject to any further revision in accordance with Circular No.D3/875/STA/2005 dated 08.11.2011. Writ petition is disposed of as above.
