J U D G M E N T

Shaji P. Chaly, J.

The petitioner is the President of a Co-operative Society, who seeks protection from the police to the Bank, its assets and also to the employees to carry out day-to-day administration and preventing the 3rd respondent from interfering with the day-to-day affairs of the Bank. 2.

Learned Government Pleader on instructions would submit that at present there are no situation warranting interference of the police or there are no law and order situation. If any law and order situation arises, the police will look into the matter. If any complaint is received, the same will be assessed in accordance with law and if any crime is committed or if there are reasonable apprehension to the effect that there are chances of any crime being committed, police will take care of the situation.
