J U D G M E N T
The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
"i) To issue a writ of mandamus, such order or direction, directing the 1st Respondent to consider the Exhibit P2 representation and to approve Torrens sketch of his property having an extent of 34 cents in Re.Sy.No.241/6 of Block No.17 Mookkannur Village expeditiously within a time limit to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
ii) issue such other writ order or direction as may be necessary in the interest of justice."

Heard the learned Government Pleader as well. 3.
Considering the limited extent of relief sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to go into the merits of the case. The writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2, in accordance with law, at the earliest, at any rate, within 'two months' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
