The petitioner seeks police protection for the functioning of the temple and also for the office bearers of the Trust against the threat and harassment from respondents 5 to 8 and their persons. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned State Attorney.

3.

In view of the nature of order we are inclined to pass in the writ petition, there is no necessity to issue notice to private respondents.

4.

We do not find any reason to pass any order so as to afford protection, in view of the facts and circumstances stated in the writ petition and the complaints produced along with the writ petition. But the police will look into the complaint, if any filed in which, there is any trace of criminal offence being constituted or there is any apprehension of any law and order situation.
