J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:

"1) A writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to hold a retender in the matter of contract covered by Exhibit P2. 2) A writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the 3rd and 4th respondents to consider and pass orders on Exhibit P4 and P5 respectively.

3) A writ or certiorari or other appropriate writ or order to call for the records leading to orders passed by respondents 1 & 2 rejecting the technical bid of the petitioner and set aside the same.

4) Any other further relief or order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper to meet the ends of justice. 5) Award the cost of these proceedings."

Heard both the sides. Considering the limited extent of relief sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to go into the merit of the case. The writ petition is disposed of, directing the 4th respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P5, in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. It shall be done, at the earliest, at any

WP(c). No.12257 of 2015 rate, within 'six weeks' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the 4th respondent for further steps.
