J U D G M E N T
The petitioners have approached this Court with the following prayers:
"i) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other writ, order or direction directing the 2nd respondent to remove the 'sculptures' and 'sopanakallu' from the properties of the petitioners to a safer place enabling the petitioners to resume construction work in the property covered under Exhibit P1 licence agreement.
ii) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other writ, order or direction directing the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose off Exhibit P7 representation within a time to be stipulated by this Honourable Court;
iii) Issue such other writ, order or direction which this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, so as to secure the ends of justice."

Heard the learned Government Pleader as well. 3.
Considering the limited extent of relief sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to go into the merit of the case. The writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P7, in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the
WP(c). No.12262 of 2015 petitioners. It shall be done, at the earliest, at any rate, within 'three months' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioners shall produce a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the 2nd respondent for further steps.
