JUDGMENT
Ashok Bhushan, C.J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to the party respondents, in view of the order, which is being passed.
2. The petitioner has come up with the Writ Petition seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 5 to afford adequate protection to the life and property of the petitioner. The party respondents are grand-children of the petitioner. Proceedings were initiated by the private respondents before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kollam, under whose order they are residing in the house. The petitioner claims to have submitted a complaint before the District Police Chief, Kollam, Exhibit P3. In so far as residing of the private respondents in the house is
WP(C).12300/15 concerned, it is open for the petitioner to approach the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court. The said issue cannot be gone into in this Writ Petition. We only observe that in event any offence is committed or attempted, it is always open to the petitioner to file a complaint before the Police. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is closed.
