JUDGMENT

This writ petition has been filed by a student under the first respondent University seeking to reckon the original marks awarded by the examiner who conducted the revaluation in Ext.P5 and declare the results of the petitioner accordingly. The petitioner alternatively sought to make a fresh valuation by a competent examiner in respect of the examination written by the petitioner for LLB Degree. 2.

When this writ petition came up on 16.01.2019 and 22.01.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner. Today also the petitioner is not represented.

Learned counsel for the first respondent submits that the petitioner has subsequently appeared for the examination in question held in July 2016 and she passed the examination. In the circumstances it appears that no more reliefs are necessary to the petitioner in this writ petition.

Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed, but making it

clear that if the petitioner has any substantial grievance she may take it before the appropriate authorities.
