JUDGMENT

The petitioner applied for a regular permit for Cheddikulam - Koottupuzha route, which passes through rural and ill served areas. As the regular permit is pending consideration, in the meanwhile the petitioner applied for a temporary permit. It is only appropriate that Ext.P2 application for the temporary permit be considered and orders passed thereon, especially when the regular permit application is pending consideration. 2.

In such circumstance, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Secretary to consider the application for temporary permit, and issue the same, if there is no other legal impediment, within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
