JUDGMENT

Shaffique, J.

The petitioner Bank has approached this Court seeking for police protection in the matter relating to conduct of its banking activities at the head office and various other branches. The Writ Petition came to be filed at a time when there were certain issues with reference to claims made by the Bank Collection Agents. The apprehension expressed was that they may obstruct the functioning of the banking activities. An interim order was issued by this Court on 16.05.2014. Learned counsel appearing for the 6th respondent submits that their claims are pending adjudication in several other writ petitions and most of them are still working in the Bank.

2. Learned Government Pleader submits that after the alleged incident, no untoward incident has occurred in the matter. Under such circumstances, we do not think that further orders are necessary in the matter. However, we make

WP(C) No. 12655 of 2014 -:2:- it clear that if there is any further obstruction, it shall be open for the petitioner Bank to file a complaint before the Police, who shall look into it and dispose of the same in accordance with law. The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
