JUDGMENT

The petitioner herein seeks a writ of mandamus or a direction for effective action and investigation on the Ext.P1 complaint. Now there is report from the police that on the said complaint, a crime was registered as Crime No.196/15 under Sections 451, 294(b), 323, 306 (1), and 509 IPC and that investigation in the said crime is almost over. The report also shows that final report in the said crime is now being prepared by the police. When the writ petition came up for hearing there was nobody to represent the writ petitioner. Anyway, now there is police report that investigation is practically over, and that the final report will be submitted soon. In such a situation, this writ petition need not proceed. Recording the report submitted by the Sub Inspector of Police, Ettumanoor dated 06.08.2015, this writ petition is disposed of. Sd/- P.UBAID JUDGE rkj //TRUE COPY// P.A. TO JUDGE
