JUDGMENT
There is no representation for the petitioner. Learned counsel for respondents 1 to 4 submits that the subject matter of the challenge in the writ petition is with regard to the dismissal of the petitioner from the establishment. During the pendency of the writ petition, management has proceeded against the petitioner, conducted domestic enquiry and finally culminated in punishment by which petitioner was terminated from service. Thereafter the labour court has sustained enquiry and the decision of the management. So also, according to the counsel, the petitioner has challenged the award of the labour court by filing W.P.(C) No.20166/2012. Therefore, according to him, the matter has become infructuous.
Recording the submissions so made by the counsel for respondents 1 to 4, this writ petition stands dismissed. Sd/- SHAJI P. CHALY JUDGE //true copy// smv P.A. To Judge
