The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent submits that, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous for the reason that, final orders have been passed in Appeal No.5/2004 that was pending before the 1st respondent. A copy of the judgment has been handed over to me for perusal by the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, across the Bar.

In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
