J U D G M E N T

The petitioner approached this Court seeking police assistance to implement Ext.P2 proceedings issued by the Secretary, Mayyanad Grama Panchayat.

Learned Government Pleader on instructions would submit that noone is residing in the building referred in Ext.P2 and this matter has already been communicated to the Panchayat. In that view of the matter, recording the submission made by the learned Government, this writ petition is closed. However, it is made clear that if the Panchayat Secretary makes any request and wants to implement the above order, necessary assistance shall be rendered based on the request. Sd/- A.
