JUDGMENT

The petitioner has applied for a regular permit for the route Nemmara - Palakkad via Vithanassery, Pallavoor, Kakkayur, Koduvayur and Yakkara. While application for the regular permit is pending consideration, the petitioner has also applied for a temporary permit.

2.

It is only appropriate that Ext.P3 temporary permit application be considered and orders passed thereon, especially when the regular permit application is pending consideration. 3.

In such circumstance, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Secretary to consider the application for temporary permit, and issue the same, if there is no other legal impediment, within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
