JUDGMENT

The grievance of the petitioner is regarding the delay in the matter of consideration of Ext.P1 application submitted by him for renewal of license for conducting poultry farm. The contention of the petitioner is that he has produced all the requisite documents before the second respondent. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned standing counsel appearing for the third respondent and also the learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Secretary of the second respondent to consider Ext.P1 application, if it is accompanied by all the requisite documents, expeditiously and in accordance with law, at any rate, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
